The South African Gold Krugerrand is a popular bullion coin that has been minted since 1967. It was introduced by the South African Mint as a way to promote South African gold and make it accessible to investors worldwide. The Krugerrand is made of 22-karat gold, with the remaining alloy consisting of copper to make it more durable.
The standard weight of a Gold Krugerrand is 1 troy ounce (31.1035 grams). However, fractional sizes, such as 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, and 1/10 ounce, have also been produced. The coin features the portrait of Paul Kruger, the former President of the South African Republic, on the obverse side, and a springbok antelope, the national animal of South Africa, on the reverse side.

Yes! All shipments from United Patriot Coin are fully insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered or signed for, insurance coverage ends.
2. What happens if my package is lost in transit?

3. Will I need to sign for my package?
Yes, if your order is over $500, a signature is required. For your convenience, orders under $500 do not require a signature.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders ship once payment clears. Some payments (like checks) have hold periods. Standard shipping time, for start to finish, is about 7-10 days.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing. The international portion of the delivery will remain your responsibility.
